چکیده

Abstract Optical wireless power transmission systems incorporating photovoltaic cells and lasers are expected to serve as next-generation energy supply devices for automobiles autonomous underwater vehicles. High photoelectric conversion efficiencies over 40% of converters under high-power irradiation 10 W cm −2 required the practical application in these applications. We achieved a high efficiency 43.0% GaInP photonic converter 638 nm laser 17.0 by multi-crossed finger electrodes distributed Bragg reflector. The highest efficiency, 46.0% cell, was also obtained at 1.1 irradiation.

Treatment of lentigines by a novel high power diode laser at 755 nm: a case report

The use of high-power diode laser with a wavelength of 755 nm is an effective and safe method for the correction and partial and/or total elimination of pigmented lesions, specifically solar lentigines. This wavelength has yet not been used in diode lasers to treat solar lentigines. Side effects are the usual ones, including darkening and scab formation. Our patient was a 40-year-old woman of C...

High-power diode-end-pumped passively mode-locked Nd:YVO4 laser with a relaxed saturable Bragg reflector

We present an efficient diode-end-pumped passively mode-locked Nd:YVO4 laser with a relaxed single-quantum-well saturable Bragg reflector (SBR), which average output power is more than 23 W and pulse duration 2 1 .5 ps cw modelocking is generated corresponding to 50 W pumping power. The overall optical-optical efficiency reaches 47% and to our knowledge, this is the highest conversion efficienc...

Diode-end-pumped passively mode-locked high-power Nd:YVO4 laser with a relaxed saturable Bragg reflector.

We demonstrate a high-power passively mode-locked Nd:YVO (4) laser that uses a saturable Bragg reflector (SBR) with strain relaxation. 23.5 W of average power with ~21.5-ps cw mode-locked pulse trains was generated at a 50-W pump power. Experimental results show that appropriate strain relaxation in the SBR makes the mode-locking operation less sensitive to temperature variation.

A High Efficient, Compact 4th Order CLCL Converter Features to Use Constant-Current Power Supply

This paper presents a 4th order CLCL resonant converter which is suitable for constant current power supply applications. This converter is designed with Immittance characteristic with two inductors and two capacitors in resonant network. A detailed analysis and design process of a 200w converter as a constant current supply have been provided and simulation results are verified with results of...

All-fibre photonic crystal distributed Bragg reflector (PC-DBR) fibre laser.

We describe an Er3+-doped aluminosilicate core photonic crystal fibre laser incorporating distributed Bragg reflectors written by two-photon 193nm irradiation through an optical phase mask as the feedback elements. The laser is diode pumped at 980nm and evidence of dual linewidth laser operation close to threshold is observed. However, at higher pumping levels gain competition preferentially se...
